2002 – Established – Initial premises: Chapel Street, Petersfield
Offering Music, games and related products.
2003 – Offering more telecomms products – heavy investment into Mobile and landlines – reducing Music – offering trade-in for games, DVD, video & music
2004 – Took over their biggest competitor in Petersfield (The phone shop)
Which resulted in the second store in Petersfield.  The initial Chapel Street store remained as the Telecomms store, the new (original Phone shop) became syn-star computers
2005 – Created a joint venture with the movie academy in Liphook – creating syn3
2006 – Largely involved in computers but also offering support for a number of businesses. This started the fixed price guaranteed repair and we would attract users from East Meon, liphook, Bordon and then across through Lavant, Emsworth, Hayling Island to Chichester. Then through Clanfield, Horndean, Denmead and Rowlands Castle.
2007 – Syn 4 was born through taking over ‘Sandy’s computers’ in Southsea, this was our initial effort towards and internet cafe. Also catering for the local student community.
2008 – The company group is established with the main sectors:

2009 – North End store is opened by the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, (SYN5)as we felt there was a requirment thoughout Copnor, Fratton, Cosham, Purbrook, Waterlooville and Cowplain.
2010 – Huge investment in the managed IT, the ability to look after companies of all sizes, but offering unrivalled service – regardless of size and geography.
2011 – here’s to the next nine years?
