We have two stages of charge for our on-site technicians:

All call-outs that involve windows and linux servers within your network – £55+VAT per hour

    • All call-outs are charged a minimum of one hour and then fifteen minute blocks there after. For example if we enter at 11 and leave at 12.45, we will charge for 1.75 hours. (£96.25)
    • Because we have I.T. support centres if we come to your premises and it is obvious your desktop or laptop needs rebuilding / reinstalling we can take it back to our support centres, repair it at a fixed rate, then deliver it back. Saving you on average over £150.

How much does experience and knowledge cost??

  • Because we have over ten fully trained technicians, we will have the skills needed to fix any problem. We can give you better support than smaller IT support companies…… FACT!!

We do not charge travel time if under one hour, we do however charge a mileage supplement if over five miles from our nearest support centre.

Hourly – support when you need it:
Reactive support: You can call us anytime to arrange a call-out. We can come and fix any issues as they arise.

We have larger clients who we offer second line support, They have their own centrally run I.T. support, however the main I.T. departments are at different locations. We can sort all the emergency problems as they occur, whilst keeping the setup as the I.T. department guide us.

Blocks – buy a block, guaranteed:
With our monthly support we can offer guaranteed emergency call-out within 24 hours of your request. IF you buy a block of at least five hours we can offer this emergency service.
Once you have used your hours you can then add to them.

Monthly support – guaranteed:
Monthly support contract are for a minimum of one year, We offer support contracts from as little as two hours per month.

  • Remote support (charged per 15 minutes)
  • Trade account pricing and 14 day credit
  • Free unlimited email support*
  • Free unlimited telephone support*
  • Direct staff support (we can deal direct with the end user)
  • Free travel time (except to separate residences)
  • An amount of monthly hours that you feel you require, you can run up to double the allocated amount either positive or negative before you are charged (for example if you have ten hours per month, you only use eight, you will have twelve for the following month)
  • We offer comprehensive system and management monitoring, daily health checks and error reporting
  • Full security analysis of entire network

* only available for min 6 hours per month

Monthly support – fully managed:
Monthly support contract are for a minimum of one year, We offer fully managed support contracts from as little as six hours per month. You will have your own account manage who can give you tailored pricing for each individual hardware purchase. Specialise in saving you money in utilities such as telecom’s and electric. You will have a single point of contact, the ultimate personal service. We also promote your staff / end users contacting your account manager direct. You shall be given complete I.T. support and call logging.
