IT Support: Consumer

We specialise in supporting individual users and business’ with up to five workstations. Syn-star can support and service all types of desktop and notebook computers. Syn-star can also offer support for printers and photocopiers.

We have fully trained I.T. technicians that can work with you on an hourly basis.
We can deal with all types of Microsoft and linux PC’s. We can offer support with all types of laptop and desktop computers with Windows 2000, windows XP, Windows vista and also Windows 7.

We have a simple philosophy with our corporate clients, only you know what you want to, all individual users are different, We tailor all of our I.T. support to each client.

All call-outs that involve standard desktop, laptop and printer support – £40+VAT per hour

• All call-outs are charged a minimum of one hour and then fifteen minute blocks there after. For example if we enter at 11 and leave at 12.45, we will charge for 1.75 hours. (£70+VAT)
• Because we have I.T. support centres if we come to your premises and it is obvious your desktop or laptop needs rebuilding / reinstalling we can take it back to our support centres, repair it at a fixed rate, then deliver it back. Saving you on average over £120.
• Because we have over ten fully trained technicians, we will have the skills needed to fix any problem. We can give you better support than smaller IT support companies…… FACT!!

We do not charge travel time if under one hour, we do however charge a mileage supplement if over five miles from our nearest support centre.

We understand exactly how important it is to have your I.T. working properly. We know that when your I.T. is not working it costs you time and money.

We support individuals with one PC up to multi-site companies with 300 work stations……… We can support you!
